A quality review is a record of performance against quality goals at regular intervals. A quality review is an inspection with a specific structure, defined roles, and procedures designed to ensure a product’s completeness and adherence to quality standards.

A quality advisor must be a health professional who typically provides insured services at or in connection with the facility and who is trained to advise the licensee regarding the quality and standard of services provided at the facility.
